Please Support Steve Surma and the Life Enrichment Academy (LEA)!!

Despite Steve's mental and physical challenges, he has the most giving heart, and the brightest smile. A very special place, that is near and dear to his heart, is the Life Enrichment Academy-Shelby. He attends the Academy during the week, interacting with his special needs peers and attending classes that enrich his life and make him so happy.

The Academy is a non-profit, and as we all know, works on a very small budget to do big things for these individuals, including Steve. Their Big Fundraiser, THE WALK-A-THON, at Freedom Hill Park, is coming up on Friday, June 6, 2025. Steve is raising money, through your donations, to help benefit the Academy! If Steve raises the most money, he gets to go up on stage and be recognized, as well as they have something fun, like he gets to dunk a staff member in a dunk tank.
