My son-in-law Steve Glasco had surgery recently to remove part of his heel as a result of an infection in the bone. He has a port for iv antibiotics and a wound vac on his heel. He sees visiting nurses four days a week. While he does have short-term disability from his employer, medicine co-pays and other medical bills and services not covered at 100% are mounting up. My daughter Natalie is doing everything she possibly can to make ends meet.
