I never imagined I would find myself in this position, but I’m reaching out because I truly need help.

I grew up here in the United States and have always done everything the right way, following the rules, filing the proper paperwork, and trusting the process. Recently, my green card sponsorship was suddenly withdrawn without notice, leaving me in a painful and uncertain legal limbo.

This has turned my life upside down.

I am now navigating a complex immigration situation without a valid work permit, which means I’m unable to legally work and support myself and my family during this critical time.

At the same time, I’m caring for my newborn baby, who has a medical condition that requires extra attention, care, and resources.

I’m doing everything I can to stay strong for my baby and for our future but the financial strain is overwhelming. Especially without any way to get around this legally.

Legal representation and immigration filing fees are super expensive, and without income, they feel impossible to manage alone.

Ive already paid for this process once which drained my savings, and now with a baby, this is extremely draining to go through again especially given her medical condition.

I’m asking for help to cover:

• Immigration attorney fees

• Application and filing costs

• Basic living expenses while I am unable to work

• Medical-related needs for my baby such as her prescription copays
