Support Stephanie's Fight for Family and Stability

Hi, my name is Stephanie. I never imagined I’d be here, asking for help—but today, I have no other option. As the saying goes, “when push comes to shove.”

Over the past year, my life changed in every possible way. I got married, gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, moved to Arizona, and started working full-time. But behind closed doors, I was in a deeply emotionally abusive relationship—constantly gaslit, manipulated, and devalued by a man who cared more about building his company and securing his immigration status than protecting his family. He used me to get his work permit.

Because I’ve finally found the strength to step away and choose peace, I’m facing the unthinkable: My husband has taken our 7 months daughter and is refusing to let me see her. Making false accusations against me and my family. He is breaking family law and violating our child’s rights—yet the legal system is painfully slow, and I’m spending every last dollar I have just trying to be reunited with my baby.

On top of this, I’m raising a teenage son on my own, and staying in a temporary hotel space. I’ve lost my job, my home, and most of my support system after relocating here. I’m still pumping breastmilk, as I was nursing my daughter, praying I won’t dry up, seeing pictures of her as I can’t do FaceTime. Since my husband has refused me nursing, something he shouldn’t control. I don’t know anyone here in Arizona. I want to be able to go back to Texas where I have my family, my support system.

This battle is costing me thousands in legal fees and emotional pain I wouldn’t wish on anyone. But I know I’m not alone, and I believe that God is still writing my story—even in the middle of this mess.

I’m asking for help to cover:

• Legal fees to fight for custody and visitation

• Emergency housing and living expenses

• Essentials for my children

Despite everything, I still believe in love, in healing, and in justice. I’m sharing my story because I know others have walked this road, and maybe together we can make sure no mother fights alone.
