On December 19th, 2025, my life changed in an instant when I became the victim of traumatic violence in my own home. While I was hospitalized with injuries, I am deeply grateful that my children are unharmed and remain safe in my care. Although doctors expect me to recover physically, the emotional and financial scars from this event are significant, and the path forward is uncertain.

In the aftermath, I am facing a many challenges. There are mounting legal and medical bills, the need for ongoing therapy, dependent care for my children, and the reality of lost income as I focus on healing and keeping my family safe. These burdens are overwhelming, and I have realized that I cannot face them alone.
