Hello everyone,

our mutual friend is struggling to stay afloat and we need to help buoy her during this very difficult period.

Stacy Alexander is an amazing artist, writer, mother, and so much more. She has had the most horrific year and I am fairly certain most friends have no idea how much help she needs right now.

Most of us will see the loss of a loved one sometime in our lives, however Stacy has not only lost her main emotional and financial support system, but has faced further personal losses during the past year that have decimated her overall support structure.

Her son, Myles died suddenly from a medical emergency. Her cousin Scotty was a tremendous family support during this. Tragically he was killed under terrible circumstances.

While emotionally reeling from these horrific losses, Stacy was diagnosed with a rare cancer and had to undergo urgent surgical treatment.

Her husband was rushing back from the East Coast to be with her during her exit from surgery and he suffered a terrible brain trauma and died suddenly.

Devastating losses, tragic timing, and on top of everything Stacy was not protected by any type of insurance as so many expect. What’s that old saying? One paycheck from homelessness. Well, she needs your help. Stacy was extremely reticent to allow me to put this out into the world. Like most of us, it’s difficult to not only admit the need for help but to effectively accept help.

Please, my friends. Stacy needs our help. We just need to buoy her while she recovers from a very painful surgery. All the while surrounded by the waves of grief these rapid fire tragedies have caused in her life. It’s simple. We need to come together as we always have in our community and support our friend.
