Hey Yall, it's a solemn day when you lose a brother. Spencer Williams was a patriotic veteran who sadly passed away this past veteran's day. I'm Lucas and am raising money to help my fallen brother's daughter pay for legal fees in a fight against not only the state but his ex-wife. Please give what you can. She is a college student and living on her own working hard to make things work.

Also sorry about any confusion. This is a second gofundme. The first allowed everyone to help his oldest daughter to pay for the state charge, funeral service, and wake cost.

This one is giving everyone the opportunity to help her get legal representation, family & probate. This reason stems from the fact that his ex-wife (Michelle) is trying to lay claim for some or all his property. i.e., his extensive firearm collection, a bit of property, motorcycle and his truck. Things that we're trying to help her get liquidated and then place the proceeds in a trust and college maturity CD's or bonds.

Lily is the only surviving heir who is over the age of 18, so this falls in her lap.. but unfortunately our brother did not bother with forward thinking, so there is not a WILL in place.. So, please any help will be incredible.
