We are a group of educators and community members raising emergency rent support for more than 90 Bancroft Elementary families in South Minneapolis.

After 3 months of federal occupation, many parents have been out of work since mid-December. Of the funds raised so far, $176,000 has already gone to cover January and February rent. We have revised our goal to $280,000 to cover all the actual and anticipated requests through the end of March. We need to raise $106,000 to fully fund March rent requests and prevent evictions.
