Hello, my name is Carlos. I run the social media pages for South Central Cleanup. I’m a community volunteer organizing street cleanups in South Central LA. What started as me picking up trash on my own has grown into regular volunteer cleanups focused on beautifying our streets and fighting illegal dumping, which continues to hurt our neighborhoods.

This GoFundMe is to help cover the basic costs needed to keep these cleanups going—trash bags, gloves, safety gear, tools, haul and dump fees. For this quarterly collection, the goal is to host four volunteer cleanups a month, creating cleaner, safer streets for everyone who lives, works, and passes through our community.
