We, Andrew Cuerden and Carmen Rendell, are directors of Soulhub. A wellbeing consultancy and global community devoted to fostering meaningful and nourishing connection, compassion and joy. By “bridging worlds” and re-igniting people's faith in humanity and hope in the future. For without hope...the world is lost.
For the past six years, we have been bringing people together, from online community gatherings during lockdown to Soulwalks and Dance Al Fresco events across the UK.
Creating spaces where strangers become community, movement becomes medicine, and people reconnect with themselves and each other.
We have already delivered over 60 Soulwalks and 30 Dance Al Fresco events, supporting both the public and organisations in need of wellbeing-focused community connection.
For those not familiar with who we are at the heart of Soulhub.
Andrew is a former top international Latin Dancesport competitor and professional dancer on BBC Strictly Come Dancing, now working as a Therapeutic Dance and Life Coach.
Carmen is a former corporate brand and communications leader turned Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and eco-based Soulwalker.
Together, our work is rooted in a simple belief: we thrive through integration, not segregation. Sustainable peace and prosperity is only possible through interdependent diversity.
Over the past few summers, we trialled Soulhub On Tour travelling around the UK delivering our events in different locations. The response was clear: people are craving meaningful, embodied connection.
We were repeatedly asked:
“When are you coming to our town?”
And..."how can we support what you are doing?"
Soulwalks are open-minded, heart-centred walks that integrate gentle psycho-physical practices to support nervous system balance and holistic wellbeing. They are inclusive spaces, multi-faith or no-faith, where life can be explored with compassion and curiosity.
Dance Al Fresco events are outdoor social dances for all ages and abilities. Joyful, welcoming spaces where people of all ages and walks of life gather, move together and remember how good it feels to be human.

We now find ourselves at an unexpected turning point. Due to a significant and unaffordable rent increase, we must leave our current home in the coming months.
We believe this is the "Universe" nudging us into the next stage of our evolution. An invitation to walk our talk and live our truth more fully.
We are simplifying our lives, letting go of many possessions, and committing to taking Soulhub On Tour more fully. Travelling, collaborating, and sharing this work with communities across the UK, Europe and beyond.
Through this next chapter, we will:
- Collaborate with individuals and communities around the world to deliver therapeutic services and events such as Soulwalks and Dance Al Fresco.
- Find and share stories, insights and resources that uplift and connect people but also inspire and empower others to follow their dreams.
- Secure our Soulhubbers free or discounted offers from people and businesses along the way that create win-win solutions.
- Create spaces, both temporary and evolving, where people can come and be safely and skilfully held by us to reflect, reconnect and restore themselves.
This page is a simple, humble and heartfelt invitation.
