We are Soul Print!

We are currently working toward becoming an officially registered nonprofit so that we can continue to grow and remain true to our mission of creating inclusive, supportive, and enjoyable social events for individuals with special needs. Our goal is to provide a safe and welcoming environment where guests can connect, build friendships, and confidently be themselves. Through our buddy system, we foster meaningful interactions that help cultivate confidence, meaningful relationships, and lasting memories.

Short-Term Goal

Our immediate objective is to obtain official nonprofit status with assistance from LegalZoom. Based on our discussions with the company, we anticipate this process will cost approximately $1,000 to $1,500.

Benefits of Becoming an Official Nonprofit

• Obtain tax-exempt status, allowing us to avoid sales tax and maximize the impact of our donations

• Attract increased donations and broader community support in order to grow our events and better accommodate our growing number of guests

• Build an even greater sense of trust with our guests and their families
