Sophia, Brett & Arrow are preparing for baby #2 in late March and dreaming of a love-filled birth and supported postpartum period. After dedicating the last few years of her life to bodywork and postpartum care, Sophia profoundly understands how vital community care is for thriving mothers and families and how much support she will need to make that a reality. Many cultures worldwide dedicate extra care for mothers during a window of at least three months after birth. During this time, a new mother needs rest, warmth, bodywork, specific foods & herbal supplements.

Sophia had to step back from her bodywork practice at five months pregnant to keep her body and pregnancy healthy. Then a recent and unexpected 60-day notice to move due to extensive building renovations, their family's funds have abruptly been tighter than expected during this sacred time.

Sophia and her family would benefit immensely from receiving expert care. This way, Sophia (and baby) can fully integrate their fourth-trimester window to rest, bond, and incorporate this new chapter in optimal health.
