The Sisterhood of Carpenters Association (SOCA) was created in response to the United Brotherhood of Carpenters ending support to all women and minority committees and affinity groups. SOCA is a non-profit organization aiming to promote women across the trade to share skills and knowledge, build an equitable workplace, and provide support and solidarity. With your support, we will be able to further our mission of uniting rank and file women carpenters across the United States and Canada. Connecting them with industry partners, professional allies, and policymakers to strengthen our presence in the labor movement and empowering them towards career advancement and entrepreneurship.
