Hello everyone, my name is Jackie Evans. About 2 weeks ago, I had a very good friend and work colleague that I consider family get into a very bad car accident. Most people may know Skylar Rock and how great of a person she is. She would do anything to help anyone, so I'm reaching out for help for her. I won't go into too many details, but the wreck has left her with a broken foot and collarbone, putting her out of work for 6 weeks minimum. She had an orthopedic visit today, where she found out that her collarbone had separated and shifted more, meaning that in 4 weeks' time she may have to have surgery if it doesn't start healing the way the doctors would like. This would put her out for an additional 8 weeks roughly, depending on what her doctor says at that point. She is a server, which means she solely depends on tips and has no other income, and she is also currently still a student.

After talking about how we could get together and help her, a GoFundMe seems the most logical so we can reach everyone. We all know bills don't stop just because we aren't able to do things. 2 months of being out of work would use all of most people's savings and then some. I know this is something she has to be very concerned with and is very much a heavy weight. I feel like even a little bit of help could ease some of this burden.
