Hi, I’m Vishal Lakshmanan, and I’m reaching out to share something that means a lot to me: SkillSprout, a nonprofit I help lead that’s focused on giving every kid the chance to play, learn, and grow through sports.

As someone who’s played badminton for years, I’ve seen how much teamwork, confidence, and discipline come from being part of a sport. I’ve also seen how many young athletes never get that same opportunity because they don’t have access to proper equipment. That realization pushed me to take action.

Through SkillSprout, we’ve donated more than $45,000 worth of sports equipment to schools and youth programs in underserved communities, helping kids discover their potential both on and off the field. Your support helps us reach more of these communities by funding new gear, expanding mentorship programs, and giving every child a fair chance to follow their passion.
