Support SIV Families in Washington DC

Hello! I am fundraising on behalf of the organization Homes Not Borders whose "mission is to provide refugees and other forced migrants in the Washington DC area with what they need to thrive and feel at home in the United States." (https://www.homesnotborders.org/)

HNB has been especially focused on helping SIV (special immigrant visa) holders, who assisted the US military, relocate in the DMV since the 2021 Afghanistan withdrawal. Approximately four families per week are still resettling in the area, albeit without the same government support they were receiving prior.

HNB's focus right now is on receiving/raising funds for bedding for at least 20 families. They have a wishlist through Walmart right now where these bedding products are being offered at a great discount.
