Support Silverton's Beloved Fireworks Show

Friends of the Silverton Volunteer Fire Department are seeking donations for the 4th of July, 2025 Fireworks Show.

We have heard many rumors recently around town and the region that due to the Silverton Town Board’s decision to not fund fireworks this year, the July 4th show is canceled. THIS IS NOT TRUE! We are aware that many visitor bookings have been canceled that week because of these rumors, and we want to set the record straight. Business owners and community members have approached us to find a solution, and we believe our community can rally to overcome the deficit left by the town board.

Our product supplier is aware of our situation and is trying to work with us on deadlines for ordering the fireworks, so we are asking our regional community for donations. We are non-profit and all donations are tax-deductible. The time constraints of making the order require that we obtain the funds as soon as possible.

Our firefighters have established quite a reputation for the fireworks show and love putting on this incredible event that has become such a vital part of Silverton’s economy and history.
