Hello everyone, this is Silas Vixen—also known as Hillcrest, San Diego’s queen of social media and a longtime supporter of our amazing community. For the past six years, I’ve had the absolute joy of highlighting the incredible talent, the beautiful drag queens, and the vibrant souls that make our scene what it is. I’ve been at every show, cheered on every performer, and poured my heart into our community.

But now, I find myself needing a little help. This past year has brought some unexpected challenges. I’ve had to move out of my home, and on top of that, I’m facing severe medical issues that have taken me away from work entirely. I’m currently awaiting surgery and dealing with daily pain, and the medical bills are stacking up quickly.

I’ve always been the one to cheer on others, but right now I’m asking for a little support from the community I love so much.
