Our dear friend, Shetonde Polepole, lost his older sister and her family (6 total) in a car crash early Christmas morning. It’s with a heavy heart that we deliver this heartbreaking news that our Azteca Family, the Batendji’s and Polepole, have suffered a great loss due to a tragic car accident.

This tragedy affected Cadeau by the loss of his parents and brothers/sisters (ages 2, 4, 5, and 6), Sammy, Ezekiel, and Elisha by the loss of their older sister, brother-in-law, and nephews/nieces, and Celestin by the loss of his cousins. It’s difficult to process this news, especially when this happened on Christmas Day
