Hi, my name is Lindsay and I am Shelbie’s sister. As many of you know, last year Shelbie got some extremely difficult news regarding her health. She was diagnosed with Stage 3 Nodular Melanoma. Although Shelbie has successfully made it through surgery and is currently cancer free, she will need to continue to follow up every 3 months in Boston at Dana Farber. Shelbie currently is working full time and taking care of her daughter as a single parent. Due to the limited resources that Shelbie qualifies for, we wanted to help relieve the worry of financial difficulties regarding her medical expenses by launching this GoFundMe request. So, we humbly ask for your help, no matter how big or small, to help Shelbie and her daughter at this terrible time in their young lives. I know she will be eternally grateful as would our family.
