Support Shasta's Fight

Hello, my name is Shasta Cottrell. I’m a single mom to 4 amazing children. I had Lilly when I was 17 years old. I raised her with the help of my family and me second daughters father. Her birth father was never involved in her life until 2 years ago when I filed for child support due to him never helping me raise or provide for her. At the beginning of the year he took me to court for 50/50 which at the time I thought was reasonable. I was unable to get a lawyer then due to my financial issues. Since then I have yet to see him on pick ups but seeing his parents. Lilly stays with her grandparents during his week and which she doesn’t see him. Due to unforeseen issues with my abusive ex boyfriend I’m trying raise the funds needed for a family court lawyer. My daughter belongs at home with me and never in the full time care of some one who could treat a human so poorly. It’s been brought to my attention that he has physically been abusive towards my daughter. Which CPS was contacted but nothing was done about it. I don’t do drugs and I take care of my babies the best I can.

She has been brought up with her 3 other siblings which whom I have during the week. If you know me you know my children are my world and I would do anything for them. I never ask for help from anybody, so it took me a lot to even make this. If you could please help, a little will go a long way.
