ShareTeam is a new Low-profit Limited Liability Company that's on a mission to solve the wicked problems and challenges in healthcare that never seem to go away. We do this by turning people's everyday stories into solutions.

Our first initiative is taking place in our home state of Maine. We're going to tackle a couple of particularly challenging workforce issues that are hitting the industry hard right now. As the largest healthcare system in our state, we're choosing to support MaineHealth through this inaugural effort.

Turning stories into solutions requires creating a community of people who intersect with the systems we choose to support. So step 1 for us is to build a community of MaineHealth employees. We're ready to put in the sweat to make this happen. We just need a little bit of treasure to sustain the effort.

Almost every community in the state (and even some in New Hampshire) regularly benefit in one way or another from the MaineHealth system. A thriving workforce at MaineHealth means a more access to and a better quality of healthcare for those of us who live and work here.

We're asking our friends and neighbors who live here with us to support this effort by helping to underwrite the significant costs associated with building and maintaining this community.
