My name is Ruth and I am raising funds to help Sergeant Joseph Robinson II E-5, who was honorably discharged from the USMC, get court-ordered visitation with his son. Over the past four years I have witnessed the unjust parental alienation perpetrated on Sargent Joseph Robinson II. It breaks my heart because I have son’s his age and often have been thankful that they are not the ones in this emotionally distressing situation.

For nine years, Sergeant Joseph Robinson II bravely served our country as a United States Marine, including a tour overseas. But now, he's facing a battle he never expected, being kept from his 7-year-old son.

Despite having visitation rights through the divorce agreement, Joseph hasn't seen his son in over a year. He's been denied the chance to attend school functions, watch his son’s football games, and even share a simple phone call. Over the past four years, his ex-wife has repeatedly interrupted and blocked his access to their son, disregarding their divorce agreement.

As a father and a veteran, Joseph just wants to be part of his son's life. But legal fees are mounting, and he's in desperate need of support to continue his fight for his rights as a father.
