Support Seth and Shelby Strout Through Recovery

Seth and Shelby Strout were in a car accident today, June 26 and are already overwhelmed with the upcoming recovery, medical expenses, and impact on their children. With medical bills, the loss of their vehicle, time off of work to recover, and two very young children, I am hoping to support them however we can. Thankfully, Seth and Shelby are both okay, and we thank God for protecting them.

We appreciate any amount you can donate, prayers you can send, and support you can offer as they navigate the anticipated challenges that come with not only physical healing, but also emotional healing. All funds will be used for medical bills, and hopefully allowing them time off of work to recover from such a traumatic event. Any additional funds received aside from these expenses would be put towards a replacement vehicle.

Below is a message from Seth:

Hey, this is Seth. My wife and I were in a bad car accident on the freeway around 9:20 AM on June 26th, 2025. We were coming to a stop and the car behind us didn’t see us. They proceeded to go 60-70 miles per hour and hit us pretty hard. We were hit so hard that we flipped four times before we came to a stop standing up.

Currently, we’re at Butterworth Hospital in downtown Grand Rapids. My wife is up a lot worse than I am. She hit her head hard on the dashboard and was bleeding pretty bad at the time of the accident.

We’re super sore and are emotionally a wreck. We are thankful for God providing us with a second chance at life and it’s by His will that we are alive now.

We’re unsure what hospital bills will bring and now, we’re down a car which will be difficult for us. Any support or prayers are GREATLY appreciated. Thank you all and God bless.
