Selmira de Los Angeles Luna Ortega has been living in Key West for 7 years, She open her own Cleaning company and tried to become a productive member to the community. She was driving to work November 30th Sunday morning and She was pulled over by sheriffs office. They Called Ice and was taken away. She leaves two children here.
