For years, the TSA employees at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport have dedicated their careers to keeping millions of travelers safe. They show up early, stay late, work holidays, and carry the weight of responsibility that most people never see. They protect us, guide us, and look out for us — and now it’s our turn to look out for them. Many TSA workers face financial strain, long commutes, rising living costs, and unpredictable schedules. Unfortunately, these dedicated employees are currently not being paid, and such an event has created an extreme strain on themselves and their families. Despite all of that, they continue serving the public with professionalism and care. This fundraiser is a simple, meaningful way to say thank you.

Every dollar raised will go directly toward purchasing practical, helpful gift cards such as grocery cards (Fred Meyer, Walmart, Target), gas cards (Chevron, Shell, Safeway, Costco), and general essentials (Costco, Amazon, or Visa gift cards). These cards will be distributed to TSA employees at Sea-Tac to help ease everyday burdens — food, fuel, and basic necessities.

TSA employees rarely get public appreciation, even though they are the first line of security for every traveler who passes through the airport. They deserve to feel supported by the community they protect. A small gesture from us can make a big difference for them.
