Seandhi Route is a newly widowed mother of nine who is facing unimaginable hardship. Just two weeks ago, she lost her husband to sudden heart complications in Metairie. Days later, she was served an eviction notice.

When our team met her and six of her children at a local outreach, she arrived with a gashed tire from hitting a piece of metal. Thanks to generous volunteers, we were able to get her a replacement—but her needs go far beyond a tire.

Seandhi and her children urgently need support with housing, rent, and basic resources as they navigate this heartbreaking season. She is kind, humble, and doing everything she can—but she cannot do this alone.
