Hello, my name is Thomas Rulon and this GoFundMe is for my mother and father, Scott and Lisa Rulon, who have fallen on hard times to which I am unable to financially support them myself as their only son.

Over the course of 2025, my father has been in and out of the hospital with cancer. Though there is still hope for him recovering, I have watched him deteriorate to the point where it is a full-time job for my mom to take care of him on her own and meet with doctors, nurses, case managers, etc., as I live and work in another state.

To that end, the only sustainable income they had was from a family-owned business that is now gone since my father is unable to work. After speaking with my mom, we have set the goal to $100,000 to help with all of the expenses that are stacking up as we work tirelessly to help my dad get better. Anything would help in addition to words of encouragement to help us get through this. Thanks so much.
