Southern Center for Human Rights (SCHR) is a nonprofit organization aimed at uplifting and protecting those impacted by the criminal legal system in the Deep South. The Cusp of Clarity Atlanta team is passionate about fundraising for this organization because we believe in their mission to eradicate the criminalization of poverty, a reality that harms many in our community.

Our goal is to raise $1,000 USD by the end of the year to support SCHR’s crucial work including seeking an end to the death penalty, debtor's prisons, unconstitutional prison conditions, racially-biased policing and prosecution, the criminalization of poverty, and mass incarceration.
