Support Scholarships for Girls on the Run New Jersey North

We are three high school students working with the Girls on the Run New Jersey North organization for our DECA Integrated Marketing Campaign project. Girls on the Run is a non-profit organization operating throughout the United States. There are over 12,000 teams, with girls from 3rd-5th grade, as well as volunteer coaches. Girls on the Run aims to teach participants valuable life lessons and social skills, combined with running and physical activity. There are two seasons each year, finishing with a celebratory 5k. Our DECA project goal is to support the Girls on the Run New Jersey North in their end-of-season spring 5k. We plan to do so by raising participation, social media followers, future season sign-ups, and donations. Girls on the Run costs $225 per girl to sign up for the season, so one of our goals is to raise $1,000 to provide four girls scholarships to join Girls on the Run, as they cannot afford to do so. With these scholarships, four girls will receive fully covered registration for the next season, along with running sneakers of their choice.
