Dear Friends, Family, and Kind-hearted Strangers,
I am reaching out to you to ask for your support for someone very dear to many people. To me, she is a coworker and friend who is navigating through a very difficult tragedy. Schantal is a young mother who has just suffered an unimaginable loss. On Wednesday, 1/21/26, her fiancé and father of their children unexpectedly passed away at home at age 35, leaving her and their 6-year-old daughter and 3-year-old son to navigate life without him.
With his unexpected passing, she now faces overwhelming emotional and financial challenges.
Schantal is a strong and VERY hard-working person and likely would never ask for help. But those of us who work with her daily know she will need it. At our work, CTMAX, we are family. We all would like to do everything we can to lift some burdens from her shoulders. She now will have to figure out how to provide for her children while grieving this huge loss.
The funds raised will go toward:
- Covering immediate living expenses (mortgage, utilities, groceries)
- Supporting their children's education and daily needs
- Helping with unexpected costs as she navigates this difficult transition
