My name is Sarah, and I am living with multiple chronic illnesses that have made daily life a constant challenge. As an ambulatory wheelchair user, I rely on my wheelchair for mobility, but unfortunately, my current chair is not meeting my needs. The back of my wheelchair is causing worsening symptoms, and I need an additional part to help with frequent subluxations. On top of that, I require a motor attachment because of my POTS and EDS, as well as the many hills in my area that make getting around extremely difficult.

After I meet my wheelchair goal, I'll be using any donations for my other medical needs. Such as tools to help daily life or helping towards copays, since currently not able to afford them.

These modifications are not just about comfort—they are essential for my health and independence. With the right wheelchair setup, I would be able to get to medical appointments, manage errands, and participate more fully in daily life. Most importantly, these changes would help reduce painful flare-ups and give me a better quality of life.
