Hi everyone!

I'm starting this fundraiser on behalf of my sister, Sarah Kadlec.

On August 4th she will be having surgery to repair a labrum tear in her hip. She will be down and out of work for about 3 months. If you know Sarah, you know this is going to be incredibly difficult for her because she is ALWAYS on the go.

Recently, Sarah has expressed how stressed she is about money and has talked about doing all kinds of online side jobs from her recovery bed just to make ends meet. In true Sarah fashion, she is thinking about all the ways she can still work, instead of focusing on her recovery.

If you know my sister, you know how caring and compassionate she is to everyone. She is always the first person to volunteer when help is needed. She is a true caretaker, but won't ever ask for help when she needs it.

I'm reaching out to friends and family to hopefully raise a little money as a safety cushion for her and her family. The goal is to alleviate some of that financial stress so Sarah can actually rest and recouperate from this major surgery.

If you're able, please consider donating to help my amazing sister and her family. Any donation helps! My only other request is that you don't tell Sarah about this fundraiser, as it is a surprise.
