Hi friends!! I put together care packages to distribute to people experiencing homelessness in San Diego. In the past this has all been self-funded, and I've focused on calorie-dense snacks. But I want to make these care packages more robust, especially as the weather cools down.

I'm seeking donations to support the purchasing of toiletries, first aid supplies, warm socks/hats/mittens, blankets, and meals to go in these care packages! Here are some suggested donations:

$10 supports one toiletry bag containing shampoo & conditioner, a toothbrush and toothpaste, a first aid kit, deodorant, a hairbrush, a pack of razors, plus menstrual products and more

$10 supports one tote bag containing a set of warm gloves and a hat, a pack of socks, and one fleece blanket

$15 supports a pack of food (rice, beans, pasta, ramen, chocolate milk, plus chips and trail mix)

A donation of $35 covers the full cost of a care package!
