Family and friends,
I am reaching out to you for your support during this incredibly difficult time. On November 21st, my husband Sam was detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement while he was out working to provide for his family.
I was able to get a lawyer to help with his bond hearing first, but we will have to get another lawyer to help with his deportation case. The lawyer has filed the necessary paperwork and requested a court date to petition for Sam’s release on bail. While we wait for his release, bills will still need to be paid. Sam was the breadwinner of the family. Sam's work van was taken to a wrecker’s yard, where it has accumulated nearly $850 in fees as of December 7th. I was able to manage to cover November's expenses, but we need help covering bills as well as preparing for whatever bail amount is set for Sam.
I appreciate any support you can offer. No amount is too small. Your prayers and financial support mean more to us than we can ever express.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I wanted to write an update from the last time I wrote the first message.
We were able to get Sam's van out from the wrecker’s yard and it is back in tulsa.Sam got both of his hearing on the 16th .The first one we asked for a continuous so that it gives us time to find a lawyer that will help in his case.We got a court date for January 2nd. The second hearing which was a bond hearing we were granted bond for $15,000.This is a federal bond so the process is not the same as going to a local bondsman to help .The government wants us to pay either through their website the full amount or us a state approved immigration bond company which not so many available to pay.We reached out to one and they requested for a real estate as collateral which is something Sam and I do not have at the moment.I am reaching out for help from friends and family knowing that we are not called to walk such seasons alone.Any donation will go a long way for us .We are believing God for a miracle and to be reunited as a family, especially during this time of the year. May God bless you.

I just wanted to come here and say that the Lord provided a grant to pay Sam's bond. He is now home with us. I want to say thank you so much for your giving. It truly has overwhelmed our hearts. We thank God for each and every one of you. May the Lord bless you this coming year and may His light shine upon you.
