Hi, my name is Sam Yarmus, a Life Scout in Troop 702 working to earn the rank of Eagle Scout. My Eagle project is installing a dozen birdhouses and an owl house at Oakland Mills Interfaith Center (The Meeting House).

My project will bring families of bluebirds, wrens, and swallows to the property, adding the melody of songbirds and a newfound balance in the local ecosystem. It is another step in making the Oakland Mills Interfaith Center a haven for native, birds, plants, and other wildlife.

Your donation will fund long-lasting wooden birdhouses, posts, hardware, and installation supplies needed to complete this project. Each dollar matters to the success of this project and is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for being a part of the positive effect we will have on the community.
