Support Sam Journagan's Road to Recovery

Sunday 10/6/24, Pops (Sam Journagan) was on his way home from “slaying the dragon,” a trip our family and friends had been planning for a long time. On their way home that Sunday, he was in a terrible accident that required him to be airlifted from Macon County, NC to a hospital in Gainesville, GA, where he currently still is. He went into surgery on Tuesday to repair 2 breaks on his right femur, clean the road rash from his arms and belly, and stitch up his left hand.

As most of you know, he is a lifelong truck driver and will not be able to work for quite some time. This will leave a financial burden on our mom as the medical bills are substantial, and he has a long road of recovery and a lot of therapy.

We are asking for prayers, specifically for his healing, the healing of his children, wife, and friends who had to watch this happen right in front of them, and the team of doctors and medical staff who are caring for him. We understand that times are hard for everyone right now and he would hate us asking, but if you are able to donate, every little bit will help. We are so thankful for the love and support that has been received. It means so much to us.
