Our hearts are shattered. On March 18, 2025, our beloved eight-month-old son, Sage, left us. The pain of losing him is indescribable, a wound that will never heal. Sage was a bright light in our lives, full of joy and curiosity, and his sudden absence has left an immense void.

Sage faced a number of health complications leading up to his passing, and the full extent of what transpired remains a mystery as we anxiously await the results of his autopsy. This period of uncertainty, coupled with the profound grief, has illuminated a stark reality: when a baby passes away, families are not only crushed by emotional devastation but often face immediate and overwhelming financial burdens.

Turning Our Grief into Purpose: Sage-A-Life Foundation

In the midst of our sorrow, we are determined to honor Sage's memory by transforming our pain into a force for good. We are establishing Sage-A-Life Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing immediate financial assistance and compassionate support to other families who endure the heartbreaking loss of a baby or young child.

* Community & Support: To create a supportive network and connect families with vital resources like grief counseling and support groups, ensuring no one walks this painful path alone.
