Hi everyone, my name is Sabrina and I’m making this on behalf of my grandparents who live in Panama. They live in a red zone in Panama, which means high poverty and high crime. My grandpa is 80 and my grandma is 74. Two days ago, their house flooded so badly, and they lost everything. This happens almost every winter, and every year they spend months with anxiety and fear that it’ll happen again. They live on a river in the city that is filled with trash and bacteria, and when it floods, all of that goes into their house. Winter has only begun there, and it already flooded to this extent; they still have months of rain ahead. We are raising money to help them get out of that house. They can’t keep living this way. We love them so much and are worried about their health and safety. Any help is appreciated. We just want them healthy and safe, mentally and physically.
