Support Sabrina and Her Children After Tragic Loss

My name is Kristen and I am trying to raise money for my neighbor Sabrina LaVecchia and her 3 children. Her husband Micheal LaVecchia passed away suddenly on December 4 2024 at the young age of 47. Mike was a New York City Police Officer who was forced into early retirement due to health issues. Mike was a wonderful husband and father, and a great neighbor to all of us. His family was everything to him and he was always around to help anyone. Everyone is devastated at his sudden passing. Unfortunately, due to the structure of his pension , his family will not receive anything until his wife Sabrina reaches retirement age but, Sabrina is also in her 40's. To lose her husband and for the kids, Marisa 17, Michael 15 and Nicolas 13, to lose their Dad is tragic enough , but to also have no money coming in to pay the mortgage and the bills is unimaginable.
