Our family began this project after helping a friend who was supporting the unhoused population in Albuquerque, NM. We quickly realized that rural communities face similar challenges, especially when it comes to food insecurity. In these areas, people often have to travel long distances to access food, and for those without reliable transportation, this can be a major hardship. Seeing this need inspired us to take action and bring support directly to those who need it most.

We collect food donations, pack them into boxes, and drive out to rural communities to hand them out. As food prices continue to rise, more and more families are relying on the service we provide. However, the increasing cost of gas and the need to rent a trailer for transporting food boxes and equipment have made it difficult for us to keep the project going. We are committed to continuing this work, but we need a little extra help to cover these expenses.
