Hi my name is ffion my son, Ruben is just 8 years old and has been living with constant pain for months. Despite multiple visits to the doctors, his symptoms were repeatedly dismissed as “gastritis.” After finally receiving further tests, our world was turned upside down when Ruben was diagnosed with blood cancer, formally known as leukaemia. He is now facing a long and difficult journey of treatment. As a family, we’re asking for your support to help raise funds for the essential equipment and costs that come with his care. Ruben’s dad is unable to work at the moment because he needs to stay by his son’s side, far away from home, during treatment.
