Support Roxanne's Family After Car Accident

Hello My name is Roxanne. Over the weekend I was in an accident with my boys and my client the car who was at fault did not have insurance and I only have liability. I live in the country and need a new car. My 7 year old son has Epilepsy, my 17 month old currently has a fractured leg I can not be without a car for too long because of Medical appointments for my kids and if the lady I care for has any appointments that come up I have to get her to them as well.
