Our neighbors Ross and John, who own Joy and Light in downtown New Bern, suffered a devastating loss today. Their garage caught fire and was a total loss. Ross lost the equipment he needs to make his candles as well as the loss of the building itself. If you know John and Ross you know how much joy they bring to the community.
