Hi, my name is Rose. I am married to Mason. We have a daughter and another one on the way in Dec. We also have an amazing little boy that we love with all of our hearts. He will be 5 in Feb. 2026. I have been in his life since he was 9 months old.

Almost a year ago, we picked him up from his visit with his biological mom and have not heard or seen her since. She was made aware of our attempt to pursue child support in May 2024, at which point she stopped all contact with Milo or ourselves. We have made many attempts to reconnect them, but she has made it clear she has no intention of being a mother to him.

Today, 7/18/2025, we spoke to a lawyer who says we have grounds to terminate her parental rights so that I may have the opportunity to adopt Milo. I'd love nothing more than to give Milo the best mom I can be for him and his sisters. His dad works all the hours he possibly can to provide for us.

We have three weeks to come up with $5,000 to pay our lawyer to make this happen. Please, if there is anything you can contribute, we would appreciate it very much.
