Meet Rodney.

Rodney is a 35-year-old man living on the streets of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I met him while filming one of my rewarding kindness videos. I walked up to him at a bus stop and asked if he had a dollar so I could ride the bus. He told me he didn’t have any money but instead, he offered me food.

Rodney recently quit his job and has been battling drug addiction, but what struck me most was his honesty and despite having so little, he still chose to be kind. He told me he’s ready to break free from his past and willing to take any job that will help him get back on his feet. I surprised Rodney with $100 for his generosity, and before I left, I got his email so I could stay in touch and help him find work.

But I realized there’s something even bigger we can do together.

Let’s come together and show Rodney the power of the internet. Every dollar raised here will go directly to him — to help with food, shelter, and anything else he needs to get back on his feet.
