Rockland Yacht Club and the Sail, Power, and Steam Museum believe that building the next generation of sailors starts with our youth.

This scholarship sailboat race supports youth sailing/boating programs in Rockland and Midcoast Maine as we believe that money should not be a barrier to this wonderful sport that improves physical and mental health, develops skills in leadership and teamwork, and instills an appreciation for the environment around us.

The event is Saturday, August 15, 2026 starting at 10 a.m. at the Rockland Yacht Club - 1 Harbor Park, Rockland. Following the race, there'll be a celebratory event! It's not to be missed!
