Support Rocco’s Stroke Recovery and Medical Journey
Donation protected
My name is Brenda Satterwhite. I am the proud grandma of many grandchildren, but one in particular is in need of God's touch. Besides all this, his medical needs have placed a financial hardship on the family, and now I'm reaching out for help.
As many of you know, my grandson, 11-year-old Rocco Cappelletti, suffered a stroke while at a local sheriff's camp in July 2024. Since this happened, he has had many recurring hospital stays and so many heartbreaking setbacks. He is no longer able to use his right side, with very little mobility and worsening brain vessel inflammation. My daughter, Kitty Cappelletti, and son-in-law are doing their best to provide, but financially it has become very hard. I'm hoping to be able to give them a little relief during this difficult time.
Rocco has several upcoming VCU appointments, and at this time, they're trying to make ends meet with just one income. In the upcoming days, they will be traveling to other children’s hospitals to try to get answers and the treatment needed. My daughter has unfortunately not been able to work as all her time is being focused on Rocco’s recovery, which we have no doubt will happen because we know God has huge plans for Rocco. If you can help in any way, that would be such a blessing, but either way, we would like to ask for continued prayers. God is so good. Thank you all so much, and God bless you all. ❤️
