I am Susan, the sister of Rob. He will deny it, but I always called him Robbie.

Rob has been unable to work for a year due to a worsening heart condition. Rob has afib, a pacemaker defibrillator, heart failure, and cardiomyopathy. His condition has now led him to not being able to walk to get the mail without getting short of breath, resulting in him being unable to work. He is on the list now for a heart transplant and still has a long road ahead of him.

With that being said, he is feeling the financial strain of not being able to work and provide for his wife (Nona) and two young boys ages 13 (Luke) & 11 (Eli). He is concerned that if he does not get a heart in time, or does not survive the transplant, the financial strain on Nona.

Rob served 6 years in the Marines, worked on F18's, was a policeman in Greenville, and most recently a custodian at school until he was no longer able to work. Rob is private and keeps to himself, but he knows we need to share so he can finally get some much-needed financial help. He is used to working to provide, but simply is unable to do so.
