My name is Robin Small, and I am reaching out during one of the most difficult moments of my life.

For decades, my family home has been more than just a house — it has been the center of our family, our memories, and my work as a music educator and artist. I cared for my mother in this home until her recent passing, and now I am fighting to keep the home that has sheltered myself and generations of my family.

After my mother passed away, the reverse mortgage attached to the property became due. Although I am actively working with attorneys, HUD counseling, and the reverse mortgage process to save the property, I am facing an urgent financial gap of approximately $86,000 needed for closing costs and related expenses in order to stop foreclosure and secure the home permanently.
